Rate suggestion

Hi there, this is just an idea...

The rate system is there, so that we the posters can rate the threads, but unfortunately few ppl seem to use it. My suggestion is that since almost nobody rates the threads, let the Moderators and the Super moderators the only ones that can rate the threads. This way every thread after a certain amount of posts (5?? 10??) will be rated.

I have made the Rate this Thread feature more prominent. It looks to be working.

Now that it has been put in the "reply" part, I seem to be rating more threads :) and I think other people are too.
