Both the TRU at Kingstowne and Baileys have the Droid Launcher and Droid Army. No sign of the Jedi or Trooper sets.

According to the Collector's Database, the Jedi 3-pack should be released next month (with the wave that's hitting early now maybe?) Since it's being short-packed it may be tough to find though.

Potomac Mills Target, WalMart and TRU still have nothing new. Been checking the TRU, everyday, for the Clone Wars packs. It's hit or miss with this TRU. They always seem to be the last TRU in the area to put any new stuff out. Hopefully this weekend.

The guy was nice, but not very knowledgeable. They don't have a clue these are brand spankin' new, and most stores(except Annapolis, a higher volume store) only received 1 case...that means only 2 of @. The boxes are marked Clone Wars Wave 1. The jedi knight army multipack(1 per box) will be in wave 2 late July/early August. Don't be afraid to nag 'em. We're spending our money in their establishment. They frankly don't seem to care at Toys R Us whether we're legit. collectors or scalpers. Good luck & happy hunting!

I haven't heard of them being found anywhere nearby...just south in the Carolinas, and I think Kentucky. I try to follow the interstate threads to sense a pattern, but it doesn't always work. Happy hunting...and keep checking the forums. This group is very accommodating about sharing info and scores with fellow collectors.

Annapolis TRU is sold out of the Clone Wars items & Imperial Forces 4 packs. I wish they would just get rid of those old pegwarmers.

I'll only be working in Naptown a few more weeks until I'm "officially" laid off from work. I'll keep my eyes open & reports coming in until then during my travels up I-97 & I-70

Went to Pot. Mills TRU again and was informed that the Clone Wars items were put out Sunday and were "gone in no time". Figures. Looks like the store was remodeling too. Took a trip out to the Manassas TRU last night and got the same response. Decided to hit the Target in Manassas Mall and found a total of 1 figure on the pegs (Destroyer Droid). PM WalMart has the same 4 pegs of figs that they've had for more than a month.

As I've stated previously...Target isn't doing anything with new "saga Gold" figures(which very well may be in the back stockroom) until their toy dept. reset is done around the middle the July. Our best bet seems to be WalMart...because stores south of us all have gotten the new Luke, Vader, Snowtrooper figures in. KayBee(who is drowning in 12" Gammorean Guards) & Toys R Us are useless right now. Has anyone bothered to check with their K-Mart's lately?

Glen Burnie Toys R Us off Rt. 2 just put out massive quantities of Wave 1(NO jedi knight army) Clone Wars multipacks. 4 or 5 of each(including clone trooper armies) as of 10 AM this Saturday. Happy hunting!

Happy Monday! It looks like Glen Burnie WalMart(Crain Hwy) & Target(also Crain Hwy/Rte. 3) put out 1 box @ Collection 1: Jedi Luke & Vader, Snowtrooper, Tatooine Ambush C3PO, rehash Jango...as well as Hoth Han, Mynock Chewie, "flyin' R2, new Boba Fett. Only 1 Vader left at each of the new ones. This is great news because it means it's only a matter of time for you VA & DC collectors(maybe days). I don't think I remember WalMart & Target putting out new stuff on the same day! But it doubles your chances. I have seen on other threads in other states that even Toys R Us is getting in new '03 figures on saga gold cards.

Boy...when it rains, it truly pours. Stopped by Glen Burnie Toys R Us later today around 12 Noon...they had 2 of 3 new 12 " figures(No Lando Skiff disguise hidden behind shelf rotters. Also spotted new Jedi starfighter(new blue deco & yellow R2 unit) & battle droid tank, both in new Clone Wars boxes. Still droid army builder sets avail. if anyone is interested. Happy hunting!

"Why is it out on the sales floor then and by-the-way, maybe you should try putting out new items once in a while", I replied. Then she proceeded to read me the riot act.
Oh well, it was worth it. Still have a bunch of catching up to do from earlier releases this year.

Nothing new in Fredneck. TRU still has a couple separatist forces packs and a destroyer droid launcher. I got my A-wing in today. The paint job is sweet but it look like it should have stickers in the cockpit (it didn't.) Hopefully the snowtroopers will show up around here soon.

Scored Wat Tambor & Coleman Trebor at Hagerstown TRU today around 4:00. They were out of Padme Wedding dress & the other gold card figs. They did have plenty of Aalya & Barriss however.

It's nice to see new 3 3/4" figs showing up at TRU stores!

No idea. I had my 3 year old with me & didn't have time to ask anyone. I do find it odd that those 2 were there & the others (Maul, Han, Leia, Padme) were gone.

I have to say that the Coleman Trebor is one of the best figures to date. Perfect articulation. Wat Tambor is sculpted nice but his right hand is "stuck" in the adjustment of his voice box thingy. No articulation there. Otherwise a cool figure.

I'm hoping to find some stuff down south as I head to S.C. tonight. Good luck & happy hunting!

Columbia Toys R Us just put out a fresh case of Clone Wars(Wave 1) multipacks...clone troopers still available. On a more bizarre note of markdown discovery...Toys R Us in Laurel, MD has a wire rack wall of clearance items. Found there were old Power FX Emperor Palpatine with glow force lightning...for 50 cents. Yes ...50 cents@.

Finally found the Clone Wars multipacks at the TRU in Fair Lakes. Grabbed the last of the Clone Troopers. Still had at least 4 ea of the other 2 packs. They also had the Jedi Starfighter and the Trade Fed. Tank in the new packaging. Other than that.......Pot. Mills TRU, Target and WalMart had nothing. Target on New Guinea Rd in Burke had zilch. Fair Lakes Target and WalMart had nothing and Manassas TRU, WalMart and Target all had nothing.

Yesterday, the KB Toyworks next to Walmart in Bowie had the Clone Wars Droid and Clonetrooper 3 packs. They also had the droid launcher.

As of yesterday, nothing new at Bowie Walmart and Target. The Largo Target didn't have anything new, but the Jabba's Palace Lego set was marked down to $15

Following Rogue II's KayBee Toyworks announcement...I found out that all KayBee Toys in area(Arundel Mills, Columbia, Marley Station Glen Burnie) got in 1 box of Collection 2 "saga gold" figures...and were promptly bought up...some instances by the case. It just fattens the frustration that exists out there with collectors right now...but look at it this way...both KayBee & Toys R Us, who have had nothing for months...both skipped by WalMart & Target by bringing in Clone Wars multi-packs and the new "saga gold" single carded figures. This includes Padme Amidala secret ceremony, Wat Tambor & Coleman Trebor...as well as the rehashed Darth Maul, Leia & Han Solo with clear bases.

Picked up Saga Gold Vader (lame action feature ruins this one!) & Snowtrooper (very nice, not sure of why all the complaints) at Hagerstown Wal Mart today. Looks like I was the last to see these. No sign of any other new figures. At least I got these! So keep your eyes open for these guys!

Potomac Mills WalMart put out another Snowtrooper case this morning. That was a suprise. Ran into the "toy dept. witch" (putting it a nicely as I can) that gave me a hard time on Monday. Giving me the evil eye the whole time. Pot. Mills TRU had absolutely nothing. Was told that they're not expecting any figures in until "MAYBE" next week. Target around the corner had the remains of the Snowtrooper case.

I'm out in Glen Allen, VA for a business trip. I stopped by the local Wal-Mart and Target. Target had 2 old deluxe figures and that's it. Wal-Mart had nothing but old 2002 figs even after they restocked Wednesday night. I plan on checking out TRU tomorrow.

Hit my usual places this today and struck out: Pot. Mills WalMart.....a bunch of pilot Jangos. P.M. Target....no figures at all. P.M. TRU.....all they had were POTJ figs and some of the earlier saga figs. Had a person at TRU check in the back for anything new. After a few minutes she came back to say that there is nothing at all in the way of figures.



Does anyone know of a SKN/SKU # for the newer figs (Coleman Trebor/Wat Tambor) that I can use at TRU? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I went to kb toys in manassas and toys r us, and they both were very "witchy" about going to see what they had in the back, said everything star wars was already out(yeah right). Toys r us in fredricksburg had some of the new Clone war Packs.

Terminate...with extreme prejudice. That's ok...the Columbia Target person I talked with said they weren't even carrying Star Wars till the end of the year. Not that I believe that, mind you! I've been collecting since Lionel Kiddie City was around...I've read all the threads suggesting who's to blame...mass retailers, Hasbro, everyone in between...to paraphrase your user name...just "fix" the problem. This has got to be the worst distribution year...ever! Now I read WalMart's not going to carry half the line. Beyond aaarrrghh!!!!

Columbia Target(yes, the same one who told me they weren't getting new Star wars till years end) put out(finally)1 case of Padme secret ceremony, Wat Tambor, etc. All there as of 1 PM this Friday, BUT pkgs. not in the best of shape. If any of you collect LOTR(as I do), the nice surprise was finding Two Towers Helms Deep 5-pack with exclusive Haldir next door at Columbia Toys R Us. Better than anything Hasbro's been putting out lately. There, I've said it! Only Unleashed I've spotted are old Padme/Vader(helmet on)/Anakin wave at local Toys R Us's. Where's Obi???!!?

Marley Glen Burnie Mall Kay Bee didn't get in new Collection 1 or 2, but did receive an old case of Obi Acklay, Dooku Geo. escape, Yoda jedi high council...which for them is new. Tons of 1.99 figures in bins, Geonosians, Palpatine, Orn Free Ta, Endor bearded trooper, red clone trooper. Anyone seen T3 figures anywhere in their searches? I used to live in PA most of my life...I didn't initially think much of Glen Burnie at first...it seemed I was competing with 100 or so collectors. They must have gotten frustrated and moved away. There are alot of Car collector/scalpers, and they do give the Star Wars collectors a bad name in this area. The retail dept. heads can't differentiate. I'm annoyed I literally have to check every day just to score what Ive found. It takes me away from my family and responsibilities at home. My wife tolerates my hobby...that's about it. (She did find me Ephant Mon, though!)

Same here. I've checked the local Target and TRU everyday for the past 2-3 weeks and haven't found a thing. But that's the way this hobby goes. It seems to be all about timing. Being in the right place at the right time.

Went out for a little bit today and the only thing of interest that I found were a couple of the Clone Wars 3 pack troopers at the KB in Fair Oaks mall. Already have one so they're still there for anyone interested.

That's it - no deluxe, no 12", no action fleet, no lightsabers. They we'rent even on the right pegs - all they had were 3 pegs for their $9.99 exclusive sets. Looks like Bel Air Target isn't planning on carrying Star Wars anymore. :(

I had the same problem when I went to the Hagerstown target. They had 1 Clone pilot & nothing else. But I did see where they had the prices set for the 3 packs. I talked to the dept manager on duty & she said that the whole toy area is being moved around to get ready for the Christmas season. She couldn't put any new stuff out until "later in the week". So if your local Target looks like a ghost town as far as Star Wars...don't worry!

My luck couldn't have been better today! I scored both saga screen scenes at Columbia, MD Target. I don't know which one I like better...they're both awesome. I like the heavier shell plastic from the action fleet line they're using. Funny thing is, I only venture out from Glen Burnie about once a week. That's the same store I found the Anakin/Dooku speeder bike sets in...and then never saw them again! I guess I picked the right day. The dept. head said they're randomly putting out new stuff(not just Star Wars) as they find it..and said the toy dept. reset was looming closer.

Had to do some necessity shopping this morning at Target. To my wonderful surprise I saw the two cinema scenes sitting there on the shelf (beat up, shame since these would look great MIB) along with the 1st wave of the clone wars vehicles.

I picked up the sets (not sure how many are in a case but I got the last 2) and left the vehicles (Tank (1), Jedi SF(2), R. Gunship(2)). The lady who works in toys said not to expect the "new" regular figures for a few weeks yet. We'll see.

I know the feeling Fixer. Potomac Mills Target did their reset and have about 6 or so pegs for figures and, on top of that, they only had 3 figures (Watto, Tusken female and Lott Dodd). This sucks. Hopefully they're gonna restock the pegs.

Target in Frederick had 2 ATT's and a jedi starfighter yesterday. Looks like if they had any figures someone got there before me and cleaned them out. Wal-mart on 26 has the same 5 figures they've had for a while (restocks are gone so fast that it makes your head spin.) I don't think TRU here has gotten anything new in a while. I haven't even seen any 3 packs in the last several weeks.

I spoke too soon, TRU had the command gunship today, but no new figures. :frus:

I think the next time you'll see those sets is at Kay Bee months from now marked down. Columbia, MD Target had finished toy dept. reset: only saw Hoth Han(blue), Chewie Mynock, Boba Fet PIt of Carkon, flyin' R2, Throne Room Luke, (2) Hoth snowtroopers and repacks. Also had new Clone Wars packaged Rep. Gunship, droid battle tank & Jedi starfighter. Lego dept. had AT-AT & Hailfire droid. Has anyone seen new(Blue Pkg.) LOTR figures from Return of the KIng, or Armies of Middle Earth from PlayAlong. My local Targets say they're not even carrying 'em? Do they really know?

My wife picked up the Clone Trooper 3 Pack with Blue Commander guy for me at the Hagerstown Target. She said there were 2 left & 3 of the "Battle Droids" so I'm not sure if that was the launcher or the 3 pack. So I assume that they must have had 3 Jedi 3 Packs according to some of the case assortment lisings I've seen. I hate these people that buy up all the cool stuff!!!! Well, at least I got the Blue Clone Trooper.

Congrats jobare1! I have been avidly watching the local Targets for that exact reason. I had nearly the same reaction when I walked into the Springfield Kmart and found the Snowtrooper wave. Still one snowtroop and recarded Jango and flying R2 left. So check your Kmarts (but not mine :) ) this weekend!

Who woulda thought...my big score today was the Jedi Knight 1-per-pack Army at the Glen Burnie K-Mart on Ritchie Hwy. The box was still on a pallet, so there still blue clone trooper 3-packs left. The irony was, I went across the street to Toys R Us right when they opened, and they had gotten in 2 boxes of the same wave(2). The blue clone trooper 3-pks. are there as well, but employees had cherry picked the jedi knight army sets out. I know it was an inside job, because they had nuthin' yesterday, and I got there right at 9:30 this am. Happy hunting!!!

Wal-mart on 26 in Frederick put out a case yesterday. I finally found the new Vader which catches me up on every figure I needed (I'm not buying repacks.) They still had 2 lukes (still the wrong hand painted), 1 vader, 1 snowtrooper, 2 corrected R2's and a few repacks left last night. I hope they put out an army builder set of snowtroopers. I'd love to have several more, but as hard as figures are to find this year I don't want to buy every one I see and deprive someone else of getting their first one. Still haven't seen the screen scenes.

Went to Dale City KMart today and thought I had found the new blue Clonetrooper and Jedi Army multipacks. Found an unopened "Clone Wars Multi-Pack Asst" case sitting on a pallet and was tickled to death, until I opened it and found out it was the first multipack assortment. :mad:

Then took my daily trip to Pot. Mills TRU. Still nothing new. Asked an employee if she could check in the back to see if the had received anything, which she gladly did and returned empty-handed. Then she went up to the front office and checked the computer and said that they don't even show receiving anything StarWars. Pretty happy with the service I got, but I've just about given up on this TRU.

Pot. Mills Target - found the re-issued Han & Leia that I missed last week. Glad I found something. :D

Jobare...you had the same situation at K-Mart I ran into...but the wrong assortment. The one you're looking for says Wave 2. Be careful when you look down into the box..the jedi army still has the clone trooper art insert on the side panel. Only the front box art was changed.

I don't know if it's scalpers or just collectors and kids buying them. With these 4-packs you get a lot of toys for a little money which would make them attractive to parents to buy for their kids. At any rate, they've restocked the imperial sets several times so I would expect they'll do the same for these. I can't wait for the hoth set now.

Glen Burnie Toys R Us had 4 or 5 Ultimate Bounty sets as of 12 noon today. I guess they just put them out. I wish one of the bounty hunters could actually FIT on the swoop bike. Columbia Target had more of the Throne room Vader, Hoth Han & snowtrooper wave. They had Luke with the corrected hand/glove, but pkgs. were slightly dented. Happy hunting!

Hagerstown Wal Mart had tons of figures including the corrected Luke (which I got the last of). Tons of figures from the gold card line there.

TRU had 2 cases of the Jedi Army 3 packs wave. They had 1 Jedi army as of 1:00 today.

Target had TONS of Droid army 3 packs & the usual clone wars ships. Also had tons of the gold card figs & the yoda/padawan & eeth koth (sp?) wave.

I found the blue trooper set weeks ago at K-mart when I scored the jedi knight army(1 per box); subsequently saw blue set at Toys R Us a little while later. Haven't spotted green set anywhere. My big purchase this week was a 12" Count D. for 7.00 on clearance at WalMart. I wanted to have one to open...and had been watching for this one to drop in price. Other than that...nuthin'!! mtriv73 - Try giving the Hagerstown Wal Mart a call. They have had them in stock for over a week now (sorry I didn't post it) and they still had a few of each as of Sunday night. It's best to call in the mornings or early afternoons as the night shift toys guy is kind of a jerk & isn't helpful when asking about SW items.

You got it, Rogue II...that's exactly where it was stashed. I just happened to see the edge of the left side with Leia poking out, or I would have missed it. I did see more Hoth 4-packs the next day at Ellicott City & Glen Burnie Toys R Us's. They had better quantities...hopefully they're still there!!!

I've been lucky...all I need is WA-7 waitress droid...I found Emperor & Lt. Faytonni at Glen Burnie Target the day the hurricane was coming. Wedding Padme is only 1 per box in that Collection 2 assortment(the first with Wat Tambor & Coleman Trebor)...the bad news is she isn't repeated in the next assortments...as far as I can see.

Hagerstown TRU - 2 each of Hailfire Droid & Geo Starship. They had tons of Republic Gunship as well. nothing else to care about. I'm kicking myself 'cause I just got mine from amazon.com yesterday. I could have saved $10.

A note on the Geo Starship - take care removing the pilot from the packaging as my pilot got decapitated during removal. His head slips right back on but still not perfectly!

Anyway, Target has all the CW single figs as well as various early 2003 waves. Same goes for Kmart minus the CW single figs.

Finally, a great score today in downtown at Atomic Comics. I got the Yoda Mini Bust for retail - $45! I was shocked to see it there & don't collect busts but I had to buy this one. It's going for like $135 on eBay!!! They also had a bunch of CW single figs, early 2003 figs, and all the 2003 screen scenes.

I picked up Prologue Bilbo for 6.99 at same store...they still have Eowyn(1 per case) for any of you who also collect LOTR ROTK. In the same shopping ctr., Toys R Us just put out 3 of @ Anakin & Dooku speeder sets(I got these months ago luckily via Target). I've noticed WalMarts now stocking single carded CW figures...I found this odd since they just had the value-packs. Still looking for WA-7 wave.

I also stopped in at TRU and saw all 10 Command Gunships still sitting on the shelf with badly damaged boxes. For the heck of it, I asked the front desk if they'd knock of a little since they are all damaged. They agreed to 15% off which brought my total with tax to like $26. I had a $20 giftcard from my birthday and I got this repaint for $6! :) Never hurts to ask!!!

I haven't seen any of the new ones MM74MD. The way the first wave are peg warming around here I wonder if we will see them at all. I really wish Hasbro would do a Lott Dodd recall. TRU has had the same 30 LD's pegwarming since early summer. On a brighter note, geonosian fighter and hailfire are easy to find now, TRU has all 3-4 packs in stock here, and I got my santa yoda ordered this morning. Now if I could only find the red and yellow clone 3-packs and the WA-7 wave I'd be all caught up.

Yeah, I broke down & bought Padme, Bail, Concept ST, and Imperial Dignitary from Action HQ. I was lucky to stumble upon the Wat wave a few months back, but haven't seen anything new (besides CW) since. I just can't justify going way out of my way a few times a week just for toys. I passed on the bike since KB charges $5 more for the figs than anywhere else. I also got the NPR radio dramatization of A new Hope at Waldenbooks. If anyone out there hasn't heard it yet, then you are really missing out. There is tons more character and plot development than they could fit into the movie and it explains a lot of the holes in the story. I also saw the new Emperor figure at Target but passed on it as well. The card was bent and I just can't get over the freaky hood.

They were the tapes re-released in 1993 (according to the copyright.) They had to special order them form their warehouse, but that was fine since I got a 10% discount for the special order.

The Target in Gaithersburg had maybe 2 cases of the concept stormtrooper today...filled up almost half the pegs. Had to buy two, one to keep and one to open. Looks pretty good with saber and shield.
