I saw the third variation of the Cantina figures today (clear glass with translucent blue paint.) They're still sitting on the pegs. I did clean WM out of sandtroopers though. Since the sculpt is so good, I've started repainting the pauldrons to make a little army.

Found the Cantina wave in abundance today. I picked up Han, Vader, Luke, Hammerhead, and R5. They had at least a dozen sandies at the PA WM.

WM in Frederick on route 26 had the transformer milenium falcon. It looks even worse than I thought it would. I did break down and buy the Arc-170 transformer, but I think that's the only one I'll ever get unless they seriously improve the looks of these things.

Hope everyone had a great holiday! Nothing new on the collecting front, but I wanted to mention I'm going to an NSO concert at Wolf Trap this Friday(the 7th) called "To Boldly Go...". They are featuring music from Star Wars, Star Trek, Close Encounters, Day the Earth Stood Still, Twilight Zone; as well as Holtz's The Planets. The guest narrator is Spock himself, Leonard Nimoy! I believe there are still tickets avail. as well as lawn seating.

The Target at Potomac Yard had the Tat wave around 4 pm...was pleased to actually find something relatively new that late in the day. They also had the Ultra Titanium AT-AT.

Was able to find Mace's starfighter yesterday at the 7 Corner's Target (no sign of Vader's TIE) and found the Hoth Unleased BP with the turret and laser cannon (no sign of the Snowspeeder) at the Bailey's TRU today.

The top right of the bubble is dented, but since I had to open all those cases to get the POP, it is easily replaced. The card is in great condition though. I was a little wary before I opened it, the mailer was somewhat beat up.

My friend Dave (also here in Frederick, MD) sent his in about a week after they debuted and just got his Lucas Stormtrooper last week. I sent mine in a week later, the check was cashed 05/26, and haven't gotten anything yet. I'm not going to worry for a couple months. They probably got overwhelmed with orders the first few weeks and may have run through the first cases they got in.

Got my George Lucas as trooper today. My great mail person even brought it to the back porch, even though it would have fit in the mailbox. I was really lucky...even though the white mailer box had dents, dinges & one gash mark...the card & clamshell were mint. As much as I loved the novelty of the Lucas trooper & the Family set, I would have loved George as himself with jeans, flannel shirt & cap. Think of the neat access!

I found a lone Emperor at Radofrd WM today. They also have them on clearance for 6 bucks.

They reset the entire store and it now looks like Target. From I they told me, all WM's will be remodeling eventually. I hate the new look. They cut the toy dept so much in that store that I may never go there again.

My 501st trooper came in yesterday. It looks fantastic. I was even more impressed with the gold vader's tie though. I thought it would be all one color like the silver vehicles, but it is actually several shades of gold/copper/bronze.

I could actually give you all the tabs from Solo, Greedo and Tusken if you are more interested in those than the figures themselves. Then you would just have to find a Luke tab. Just let me know.

I had to go to the Hampton Ollie's today to get some stuff for my store so I checked out what they had gotten in. I did a double take because they had 4 Clone Wars Hailfire Droids and 2 Geonosian Starfighters on the shelf for $14.99 each!! I grabbed 2 Hailfires and 1 Starfighter. The rest should still be there is any ventures that way?

They also had 4 Target Slave Leia w/glass for $5.99 and 4 Playskool Millenium Falcon Playsets for $39.99 which seemed high to me. They didn't get in anything else Star Wars that I could find.

Has anyone checked their local Ollies to see what they have gotten in? I am interested to see what other stores are getting in.

CBurg Walmart, Late Last Night: The only way to score toys at that store choked with the Tattooine wave is to catch something on the pallet...which I did last night. They had a case of H&V Wave...bought all but the doubles (C3P0, AT-TE Gunner) so that's 1-9 of 14. Only missing R2, Shocktrooper, Emperor, Clone Commander, and Obi Wan, which are 10-14.

Cburg Walmart: KH, you were right. They built an endcap with 12 pegs x 6 figs on it of H&V wave (1-9). Below were all the VTSC listed at $9.96. We're talking 9 deep on 12 lines...a crap load. I literally saw 9 Scouts lined up back-to-back. With the regular pegs choked with Tat wave figs, this store is screwed for a while (but will be MONEY when it comes time to mark clearance).

TRU in Frederick had a ton of the H&V 1-9. I doubt the 501st troopers will last the night, but I think the rest are destined to be here for a while. Maybe this is all Hasbro is shipping of this wave (I hope so.) The first wave like this this year didn't last long, but I never saw this much of it in one place either.

I picked up new Titanium(sm) Tie Interceptor & B-wing(they also had new BG Tit.) South Glen Burnie WalMart had carded 501st, tank gunner, royal guard out the ying yang. North GB WalMart had new Titanium SW & BG, plus Endor wave & some Greatest Battles(no 501st or shocktroopers. GB TRU had Ultra Titanium AT-AT back in stock. North GB Target had Greatest Battles, but somebody cherry-picked the shocktrooper(s) out. Had the rest, though. Happy hunting!

Cburg Target, 1:30pm: Picked up Boba, Han Carbonite, Barada, Chewy, Utapau Trooper and Scorch all with red holos today at Target. I'm not sure if these are shipping with the Endor wave like red holo Cody and Lushros did with the Tatooine wave. If that's the case, then Endor wave was in Christiansburg. If not, I have no idea what case these guys are shipping with.

I didn't know you were looking for them still. I saw the gunners there several times last week and at the WM on 26. They were there, just intermingled. Maybe someone was thinking of army building and decided to put them back.

I went to Target yesterday, for the first time in several weeks. I was shocked to see about 12 pegs, all of which were fully stocked. They had all of the Greatest Battles figs and many figs from the earlier waves, including about 6 Scorches. :eek: However, there were no Endor figs. It seemed like they had everything BUT the Endor wave. There were several figures that I would have loved to of picked up, but I had to pass on them.

Not yet. I'm hoping it's under The Tree this December. Funds are going to be really tough. My son Tyler(you remember our littlest Jedi & George Lucas ambassador from CIII) is facing some serious surgery near his spine & skull to stop potential paralysis from happening. It won't stop his condition, but hopefully will buy him many, many more years. Because his parathyroid gland isn't functioning, areas like his skull, spine & legs are receiving too much calcium(I never knew this was a BAD thing)...causing the bones to fuse. He faces the danger of them compressing vital organs or damaging his nervous system. So...you can imagine what the co-pays are gonna be like. My wife may take a leave of absence from her job til he recovers. Needless to say, my SW collecting will be minimal...no repacks!

TRU in Frederick has a huge SW display when you walk in now as well as the regular display. Despite this, I haven't found anything worth buying. I've still never seen a b-wing titanium or 2 of the three new BSG titaniums. Also, there are so many c3po's from the "ultimate what can we get them to buy wave" clogging the pegs that it makes me think he's part neimoidian.

I'm scared. I've been complaining for years about too little product on the pegs and now there are whole waves sitting around for weeks. Is too much shipping, or are we seeing a drop off in popularity of the line? If you have to over ship a wave hasbro, make it the wave with all the freaking different clones!

Personally, I blame kidhuman & his "&'s" for causing all the problems in the world, but what the heck do I know?

Glad I called around to Circuit City to secure a set of lithos...they went faster than the Kessel Run. Better price than WalMart on the DVD's, too. I'm not shelling out an extra $5 for what should have been free. THey do that all the time with their supposed "bonus" DVD. Meanwhile, Glen Burnie TRU has moved their SW section up near the entrance. They had like a stack of about 30 X-wings...impressive, most impressive. The toys are on an island near customer service. Figs., mid-size vehicles, Ties, etc. The lithos are really nice by the way...11X14"(frameable, baby) classic SW poster art & even the folders have artwork, too. DVD's were only 14.99@. Best Buy can keep their tin, CC rocks.

Today around 6:20 am(missed 'em by that much), I found some redos from the next wave of Naboo/Endor at South GB WalMart. Picked up Ep 1 Obi w/soft goods, Naboo soldier(the ONLY newbie), Darth Maul holo & Vader w/force lightning around his head. Whoever got the rest knew they were new, cause I didn't see Gragra, Endor foot soldiers, carded Endor Luke or podracer duo. They were also loaded with revised case goodies like 501st, clone cdmrs., red shockies, At-AT drivers, snowtroopers, Tat. Lukes, etc. I saw the same two boxes at north GB WalMart, but no new wave.

Here's a little update on my car situation for those who care.

I got my new ECU back last week and installed it on Friday. Much to my disappointment, my car still would not start. Today I decided to have it towed back to Mitsubishi. A couple hours later I got a call from the mechanic and it turns out that one of the transistors went bad as well. It is going to cost around $300 for the new part and installation, which is fine with me. They had a transistor on hand and they replaced it and my car started up without a problem. They also said the new ECU works great, which is awesome. Originally this whole car fiasco would have set me back around $1600 but since I took care of the ECU stuff myself, I am only going to be paying around $1000-$1100. I am still going to be in the market for a new vehicle but I atleast have more options now and my own transportation again.

I am going to start up collecting again, WOOHOO!!!, but I am only going to be buying the stuff I really want because I still need to conserve my money for this new vehicle.

Just thought I'd let you guys know what the dealyo is.

Frederick Target had the Kit fisto star fighter today...pass. TRU had 2 of the 3 battlepacks. I was at least somewhat interested in the Naboo one since it had soft goods jedis and a new battledroid. After seeing it though, I might pick one up if I can find it for $5 or less...delivered. The pit of carkoon pack was also not something I would consider paying hard earned money for (especially since I've already bought all these figures in the last year at least once.) The battlepacks are definitely feared toward the kiddies and I'm going to let them have them.

BTW, Wal-mart on 26 in Frederick has figures for $5.70 each now. Don't know if this is true at any others, but I'm tempted to army build Moff Jerr Jerrod's! :rolleyes:

Went to Lynnhaven WM and got the entire Naboo wave. I didn't see a Luke or Emperor though but I'm not sure if they're in that wave or not. *shrugs*&

The Emperor was in the last Endor wave(#43) & should be in abundance at your local TRU. The Endor Luke as well as the two(variant) Endor troopers are going to be the tough ones to procure(see armybuilders).

I just picked up luke endor, the african-correlian endor trooper, gragra, rep been, holographic maul, vader, and the pod racers from a fresh case at WM labeled wave 6 rev 2 which I thought was interesting since these are supposed to be wave 7. There were 2 black troopers, 2 vaders, and 2 naboo guys in yellow jumpsuits in the case. The only one missing was obi wan. I guess someone got it before me, but I can't imagine why they left the rest of them sitting there in the case.

Africa corellian UGH can't stand PC bull****. He's the only endor trooper so why get all pc.

I picked up Obi-wans electronic lightsaber for 5 bucks at WM today on clearance. I was in Target and they had the SW X-mas ornaments out. They had a Yoda Snowglobe and a dart Vader statue of him making a snowy Death Star. I must but that. &

I was actually going to go hunting this afternoon but I woke up to find my neighborhood and the city of Williamsburg under water. There is a flood warning for the area and it is flooded. Its the worse I've seen it in years. There has been a storm system sitting over my area dropping massive amounts of rain for well over 10+ hours now and is supposed to continue all day. There is also some wind and thunder and lightening as well. How are you fairing Slick? It doesn't look like you are getting the constant rain and flooding problems that we are. I hope all is well nonetheless.

I'll be sure to post the rainfall count when all of this is over and I wouldn't be surprised if it is over 12".

I shall hunt a different day.

North Glen Burnie WalMart had two new Titaniums: Leia on speeder bike & Mace's purple Jedi starfighter. North GB Target had SW ornaments, minus snow globe & fabriche set, plus Leia on bike in SW section; also had new Hoth Unleashed BP's, including harder-to-find tauntaun set.

Found Mace's starfighter and battle damaged tie titaniums at TRU today. They also had the swamp speeder tank thingy, but I think I'll pass on it. I already had leia's speeder bike, so I think I'm all caught up (for the moment.)

North GB Target already had their "exclusive" tubed Unleashed Fett & General G. on clearance for 13.85@. I can't say I'm surprised. I'm guessing the mid-size vehicles will be next.
