Help! Torso problem.

Does anybody know of a good method of opening up the torso of a POTF2 figure without destroying or disfiguring it?

I would say boil the figure to loosen the glue and then take an exacto knife slide down the slide and pop the figure.

Yep! to me that is the best way that I have found.Be careful and go slow.
