which jango is the electronic one?

at toyfair, hasbro displayed 2 12 inch jango fett figures. both were made of hard plastic. the action collection version was not shown, only a prototype in the box was seen. so my question is, which of these hard plastic jango fett is the electronic one, and what is the other one?

i assume this is the electronic one:

but if you look at this one, pictured in front of the boxed, soft goods jango, it's also solid plastic, not a protype of the figure in the box behind it.
