Can't view larger NASCAR pic

Each time I click on the link to the larger pic, I get a user error. It says I do not have access to this area. What's up?

I can't get it to open either. I think because the attachment is located in the news section. So, I snagged the same pic from JaySki's Winston Cup Silly Season Site and tossed it here for you and all the others that wanna see it. :)

If you were using the non-"www." address and clicked that link, it MAY not work for you.

I'm using the full WWW address, and get an error page from the message board. A greyed box that reads the following:
