How do you get the pics??

Where in the world is "user cp?" I am sorry but I am not up to date on my comp language therefore I am having a hard time navigation through the new forum set up!! All I want to do is put a little picture like in the older forum next to me name!! HELP!!!

Little graphic that says "USER CP" up above the other forum stuff but below the main SSG header, it's purple and is with a string of other, similar graphics on the upper right. Hopefully, the below link will take you there as well: http://www.sirstevesguide.com/forums/usercp.php?s=

Its next to "Log out"(on the right) and on the other side there is the "Calendar","F.A.Q" and "searchs buttons :)
