The suite version of the Imperial March is on the ESB soundtrack, though it is peppered throughout the soundtrack of AOTC, ROTS, and ROTJ a few times too.

That's actually a reused track from the AotC soundtrack. I believe it's the music from the Geonosis arena battle.

It does sound similar to something we have heard elsewhere in the saga.

I think that the music during him going to the temple was also used in TPM as the droids invade Naboo, in AOTC as Obi-Wan watches the clones march, and once again in ROTS during the Kashyyyk battle takes place.

I'm fairly sure that it's not on the ROTS soundtrack, since about a minute later in the film, the Order 66 scene starts; that whole thing gets its own track on the soundtrack (Anakin's Betrayal) and they just left out the marching music.

That scene was so much better in the one trailer when they set it to the Imperial March. Too bad they didn't do it that way in the film.
