I doubt that's where they got the name from, but I'm not thrilled with the Jedi Starfighter's droid either. It's just a friggin' dome, yet it has more letters than any other astromech, and the first 2 letters are from a totally differently-domed astromech droid?!?

Its a special Jedi droid so it should have a longer name! :)

"I can remember ever owning a droid, very interresting." Ben (Obi-Wan) said something like that in A NEW HOPE. That leads me to think that Obi-Wan could care less about the name of the droid in his StarFighter...
