Problems accessing RS

Over the past week or two I would try to go to RS but would get a message saying that I am not authorized to go there. A few hours or a day later I would try again and I might go right thru with no problem.

Anyone else having this problem? Or idea's why it's happening to me?

Yes, I have been having the same problem with RS since about Tuesday or so. Maybe they are having server issues, but I do not know really what is wrong.
