Is this site sponsored by scalpers?

I live in the NY area, and I happen to live in some proximity to one of this website's sponsors. Their latest advertising post can be seen here (http://sirstevesguide.com/news/?m=show&id=30742). This sponsor also operates a storefront in addition to their e-tail website. On repeated occassions, I have seen employees from this website/store walking the aisles of toy stores in my area, buying up Star Wars figures as well as store exclusives. They are also marking these items up at a signifigant premium. For instance, they are offering the Toys R Us exclusive Y-Wing for $49.99.

So my question is: does the management of this website know that their sponsors, specifically http://www.ToyWiz.com, are in fact scalping?

If you think they are scalping just dont buy from them.Its the consumers who fuel the scalping instead of thinking correctly and saying "Hmm..I can get this cheaper through trading/another website".

I don't do business with these people. The question I am asking is an ethical one. Is it ethical or proper for a collecting site such as this one to accept financial support from a company that is engaged in these kinds of collector unfriendly practices?
