How do you upload pictures?

I need help uploading pictures. every picture I want to upload is "to big"
and when i try to re-size it it looks like crap :cry: I only have Picture it 9 and some epson software that came with my rx600 HELP!!!!!

Try IrfanView for a good FREE image editor. It's got some decent tools and even lets you determine how much compression you want to use on JPG files. Here's the Download.com link where I got mine...
