trouble with drop-down menus

anyone else having problems with the drop-down menus on the front page? they appear underneath the advertising banner below them making them unusable for me.

We have not messed with it but a screenshot would help determine your problem.

When using someone else's computer I got the same error. I was using Mozilla as the browser. No screen shot sorry.
