Submit/Reply button hangs up my modem

Ok I've got a really weird problem. My modem unexpectedly hangs up when I try to submit a post. This is the only place I've it happen. I'm not sure if it's a problem on my end or not, but every time I've try to post have my computer in the last two day its happened. I run Mac OS X and Netscape most of the time, but Safari does the same thing. Right I'm running IE to post this.

I just restarted my computer, I so testing to see if that helped things.

That's really weird because it did help. I guess the problem might be me.

This keeps just weirder and weirder. I a post stuff here don't not other places. I'm try it with my lap top next to see if I'm truly the problem or not.

That is terribly weird, there's NOTHING in this system that should affect your modem. In fact, I believe there's nothing in this system that could break out of the web browser and alter any other system, ESPECIALLY on a Mac.
