I don't know if any of you remember, but a few months back, I posted the name and address of some loser who essentially stole a figure from me. It was supposed to be a 1:1 trade. I had a Scout Trooper with no gun in the bubble, and he was supposed to send me a CommTech Stormtrooper in exchange. I sent mine. I never received his.

Now I see a Scout Trooper figure on EBay just like the one that I sent to him. The names don't match up so there's no telling if it's the same guy, but who knows.

To make matters worse, the figure is up to over $150 bucks! What a rip.

Just thought I'd vent. And if any of you are ready to come with me to beat the living sh** out of this guy, let me know.

Some people really suck.

Once the auction is over, I would email the winning bidder and find out what city the seller lives in. If it's the same city as the guy who ripped you off, chances are, it's the same guy. With a little more research you could probably verify it and notify eBay and the USPS about it.

That really s#cks. I buy star wars from E-bay all the time. I never bought anything from that e-bayer, but looking at his feedback it could be him. But you never know intill you conform the addresses. But do check with the post office to see if they can do anything.

I've never dealt with this guy before, but he sure doesn't strike me as the honest type. Just look at his replies to the negative feedback he's received. I'll be he even gave the buyers negative feedback for posting (justified) negative feedback on him!
