Jed Clampett was one of the characters I liked most during Mr. Buddy Ebsens career. He lived a long life, may he rest in peace, I reckon.

It's almost astonishing to think that Buddy Ebsen played an old man during a 1960's sitcom. And he lived some 30 years plus after the last episode aired. That's a lot of living that he did.

Very sad but at least he lived a long life - 95 is pretty good in my book!

Loved him as Jed!!!

Also loved the character Jethro - especially when he was playing a spy!

RIP Buddy!!!
