Windowless Speeder Bike tri-logo box

I have never seen this listed in any mag/book. I have three tri-logo Speeder Bikes but two of them do not have the window that shows the free figure. Is this thing rare? Any info on it at all?

They were distributed in Canada and were not rare at the time. I see them on e-bay every once in a while for about 10-14 bucks. Oh and that figures wasn't free, we paid for it. ;)
