I tried to register over at the lordoftheringsguide.com and when I do It will not let me post until I send the system administraitor and email. Then once he/she fixes that I can no longer post in the sirstevesguide.com forums. If I send him and email, then I can no longer post at the other.
Can someone help me here? I would love to be able to post in both forums in the same day.
Any help would be appreciated!!

Hmmmmm . . . . sounds like to me that you are using the same email account for both places, right?? I think because LOTR forum and SSG forum are all on the same database, it will not allow you to have the same email account for 2 different places. Try setting up a free email through Yahoo or the like. It only takes a few minutes and you should be able to register at both places. If that is not the case, or my suggestion does not work, then only SirSteve can answer that question . . . . . . but I tried:D

Dar' Argol,
Thanks for the help but that did not seem to work. I registered with my other email address and it is still doing the same thing.
Do you know how to get sirsteve to look at this thread? I have sent emails but have gotten no reply in 4 days.
Thanks again for trying.

I moved this to "comments suggetions" because it will get more attention here since it's a forum issue. I'm not sure why LOTR guide won't allow this, their forums shouldn't be directly involved in our user database just like we're not involved in the figures.com forums. Hopefully when Steve gets back from Toy Fair soon, he'll have some fix or info on this.

JediTricks is correct. E-mail me the e-mail addresses you used to register at both sites and I will look into it.

on these two particular 'sites all the time. And usually both on the same day. And I do believe I gave them both the same email address.
(edit) Yep. Just double checked and it is the case.
