not that i have anything to hide:sur: , but i've wondered this for a while. can the admins or tech folks access these? not that i'm worried, as i can't save them anyway.:)

As far as I know, there is no way administration can read PMs in your account.
Scratch that, there is one way, but it basically requires throwing out your password and generating a new one so the admin can log in as you - it's complicated for the admin and obvious to the user - thus it's easier for us to simply not care what's in your private messaging. ;)

My brother is an admin over at lucasforums.com and he is able to view everything that's going on there and edit almost anything there. That means he can view and even edit private messages. I always assumed it was the same over here at SSG.

MJ, your brother's forums might be using a special hack for that, I know there are a lot of 'em in use for this software. If it's not a hack, then I guess that's a feature I didn't know about... I'm fairly sure Steve doesn't bother reading your PMs though. :D

Private Messages are just that, Private. We respect that and beside, have better things to do that read them (if we even could). ;)
