We have incorperated a multiple rank system. This will allow you to choose your destiny... work your way through being a Jedi or Sith.

You work your way to each rank by the number of posts you have.

The Jedi path is set to default so if you would like to take the path of a Sith, go to your User CP, Edit Profle and select Sith.

NOTE: If you change your path, your new rank will NOT show up until you make a new post. And please, I don't want to see 100 "Look, I am a Sith!" threads. :) This addition was a pain so we hope you enjoy the addition. We are trying to offer you different features to make our forums the best on the net!

So the new rank only affects all of your new posts not your previous posts?

It still goes by your total post counts, just a different path.

I would list 'em since I had to make 'em up (except for that last one, I didn't agree there, but it ain't my site ;)) but I have a feeling they're supposed to be a surprise.

What 6 ranks would a Sith have?

Hey Steve,

Why not add a bounty hunter rank system as an alternate to the Sith/Jedi paths? There are many of us who use the bounty hunter icons and I'm sure would like to have that option.

bh ranks that would emphasize our neutrality could be "random element", "loose cannon", "cashiered soldier", "nonaligned gunrunner", "hired gun", "freelancer", "autonomous justice", "karmic ronin", "purgatory's lawgiver" etc ;) i LOVE it :D

VT - would the last level for a bounty hunter be "Sarlaac Fodder" ?
:D

the latter cuz, "purgatory's lawgiver" clearly implies afterlife status, a la "spirit of obiwan" :dead: and the former cuz, as per the notion of reincarnation, one could Start as sarlacc food, only to rise up again :)
